If within 30 days from time of your order, you decide that you are not satisfied the item, you may return it.

Received within 30 days
We must received within 30 days from the date purchased. After 30 days, we will not be able to accept your return.

Return in the original packaging
Our products are well packaged for shipping purposes. Without the original packaging, we will not be able to accept your return. If you have requested assembly service, you are still responsible for retaining the original packaging.

As new condition
Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its unused new condition. Products that have scratches, stains, damages, drilling or any other modifications will not be returnable.

Refund process
We will inspect the returned merchandise within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise, to ensure that they are in like-new condition. We will then process your request and issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal within seven days. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take up to 5 business days after we issue your refund for the credit to appear. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. It is up to you pay for postage on all return items.

We’re very sorry, but products shipped outside of the contiguous United States or Canada are not covered by this policy.

Replacement or Exchange
Please email us for an replacement or exchange. Please us our contact form for this process.
If you’re requesting a replacement or exchange, you have 5 business days to ship the original item back to the seller once you agree to a replacement or exchange. Once the original item is shipped back in the original packaging, Flexputter.com will ship the new item to you within 5 business days. You are only allowed 1 replacement or exchange on all items. We must be contacted and notified if the replacement or exchange product was not received.
