Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We are not able to accept international orders at this time.

Shipping options and cost

Rates are shown at checkout before you pay. Current options are:

• Standard — $15.99. Estimated 3–4 business days in transit.
• Economy — $14.99. Estimated 5–8 business days in transit.

Transit estimates are counted in business days from the day your order leaves our fulfilment location, and do not include the time we take to pick and pack it. They are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees.

Where orders ship from

Orders are dispatched from our location in Arvada, Colorado, or from our fulfilment partner in Gilbert, Arizona, depending on the item and stock on hand.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. If you have not received it and believe your order should have shipped, email theflexputter@gmail.com with your order number.

Delays, damage and lost parcels

Once a parcel is with the carrier, transit times are outside our control. If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us at theflexputter@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; re-delivery shipping may be chargeable.
